try dropping some of them in a cup of water- I had the same problem and put them in a cup of water and they popped overnight- should work for you- just keep it warm and dark--and if it doesn't by tommorrow, wait a few more and they should pop- once they pop put them right into the soil and don't put lights on them til they sprout

I do the same thing with 100% success so far, except I put the lights on the plants as soon as they are in the soil. It doesn't seem to make any difference either way, just saves some time and from having to jostle the plants around while setting them up so there's less of a chance of an accident happening. |
