i always start using molasses when i flip to 12/12. it provides the plant with sugars or carbs that the plant uses alot of during flower. also notices made my buds really sticky 1st time i used it. 1 tbsp per gallon. and some people say it sweetens the buds...
easy way to mix it into your nute solution is to get a cup of water and add your molasses and then stick it in the microwave for like 30 secs helps break up the molasses so you can actual mix it into your nutes =)

You can use molasses from start to finish. With molasses you're feeding the beneficial bacteria in your soil, which helps feed your plant in return.
