hi there im running a 400w hps in a 3ft/6ft/3ft box and i am having some serious heat issues even at night and i have come across thesse envirolites please could some people have a look at this website and the tech spec,tell me how theese compare to hps cost of electricity correct light output etc,im thinking of going for the 4 lamp reflector,they say there is far less heat.please take a look and tell me what you think

The florescence lights will work ok for your veg cycle but will real suck for flowering. If they worked as good, we all would be using them.

Spend some time working on your vents. Cool tubes are a great way of cooling your whole grow. Lots of do it yourself threads on making a home made cool tube. I like the one from the bread making mold off of late night TV. Even the glass from a kerosene lantern can be used to make a great tube.

You wont be able to replace the positive effects of HID lights with anything but real sun.
