Question Please Take a Look and provide advice on Bagseed Grow.

These are pics of my first ever grow. My babies are 3 weeks old, and I need advice! Facing some probs, on one of them the leaves are curling into a floppy eagle claw...or something like that lol... I also see yellow spots on them (looks like nute burn)... Also, I'm afraid they are not growing fast enough...?? Please help! I just recently (..like today haha) started using superthrive and would appreciate any input on that.

INFO ON GROW:

LIGHTS: WAS 4 FLOS, @ 40 WATTS, NOW I AM USING 3 TUBE FLOS, AND 2 CFLS PUTTING OUT TOTAL LUMENS OF 11200. 2 OF THE FLOS ARE FLORA GROWS FROM PETSMART (SUPPOSE TO BE HIGH OUTPUTS), AND ONE FLORA GROW FROM WALMART WHICH IS IN THE RED HUE. ROOM LINED W/ FOIL (DULL SIDE OUT)

PLANTS HAVE BEEN TRANSPLANTED IN 3 GALLON POTS, MY BIGGEST PLANTS GETTING OWN POT, AND OTHERS SHARING 2 PER POT (4 POTS IN TOTAL)

I've heard that it's not good to share plants in pots because their roots get tangled and that's bad news for that plants

Absolutely, one plant per pot is the golden rule.
