cut of lower leaves because i over fertilized
on the third week i cut the burned leaves off
is this ok

Quit cutting the leaves off, even if they are burned. The plant likes them and it helps it to grow. Just let them stay. Once you have corrected the problem, they will not heal, but they won't get any worse either. New growth should not be affected if the problem has been corrected. If you haven't done so already, you should flush the soil.
