Any reason this seed is being stubborn.

We'll I had about 15 seeds, I germinated them and only 4 of them sprouted. So I planted all four (indoor grow) and two of them are still under the soil. One of them is just ovre an inch tall, the base stem is a nice purple color, and it has four leaves growing off it.

Now the other plant is just a big ass stem. Its still white, and the seed is attached to the top of it, but all it does it grow fucking taller and taller, and stays white. While the other plant is growing leaves, this stupid thing is just growing taller. Any idea why it is doing that?

Yea, its growing pretty fucking fast. It already outgrown the other plant with leaves, but its still got its damn seed on it and hasn't started to change color. I'll let it grow obviously and see what happens.

Occassionally the cotyledons get stuck in the seed casing. Very carefully ease them out. Once they get light on them all should be well.
