I doubt the kid thought to copyright his little video. Maybe invasion of privacy? Maybe not... Poor kid. Being the object of ridicule on such a grand scale is sure to fuck him up, but the ultimate blame for the entire situation lies with the kid himself... unless, of course, you want to blame the parents for raising such a geek in the first place.
