The only thing I think he should be able to sue for is copyright infringment... I mean the guy did make an illegal copy of the Star Wars Kid's video. But other than that, the Kid made the video himself, so he can't really say that someone bullied him or what-not. And it's not like the guy who copied it blackmailed him or anything. All he did was steal a copy of the Kid's works, that's it.
