while the amount of tar that is present in the smoke from water pipes is debatable via the various research done, it is still relatively certain that smoking out of a water pipe removes harmful carcinogens such as carbon monoxide and cyanide.

Now, regardless, marijuana does not kill anyone, no one has contracted cancer from marijuana due to the fact that the smoke is not radioactive (no polonium 210).

This has alot to do with the chemical make up and how the ganja is grown, but generally it will not kill you, no matter the smoking device, so this thread is generally insignificant if you consider that overall truth.
