No. Still jailtime, or probation, and/or fines. But we're working on it. Some council of people who approve/disapprove new drug policies approved one that would make possession under an oz a $250 fine. The bill is on it's way to being passed, but the approval from the committee doesn't really mean much, I guess. It still needs to be passed. More info:

I'm hopeful for it, but realistically, I don't expect it to pass. The story above keeps happening over and over. They poll the people. Everyone wants it decrimed. Someone makes a bill. The bill does not pass. Rinse, lather, repeat.
