Please don't dismiss this as hippy foo-foo magic, everyone. I myself practice this form of meditation as much as I can. It is actually a lot harder than it sounds but it definitely helps improve your grounding and concentration. I wrote my Awareness post immediately following one of these sessions.
It also unlocks CRAZY physical sensations, woohoo!
Also check out the rest of the library on that website, you'll come across some very interesting stuff.
EDIT: Damnit I'm sick of this whole "spreading reputation" thing. We should be able to flood people with as much rep as we want, I say!
