I would talk to her parents. She's probably more concerned that her daughter has turned into some drug-addict, more than she is likely to want to yell at you for taking DXM. Just stand your ground, that you didn't force her to do it, that you "don't do other drugs and just wanted to try it" and that you're not going to do it again because of how you saw it effect her. Sure it's all lies but they don't hurt.
