I found this article very interesting.
Kentucky is planning to implement harsher penalties.
While Vancouver is actually involving the drug user in a rehab type of program...
Sounds like Vancouver is a reasonable place. I mean I just smoke pot on the regular.
I drove tonight DUI, I smoked a bowl riding in the car. We all driee dui at one point.
In Kentucky I would get slammed because I have a "Vice" and I believe I have a relationship with mary jane,
In vancouver they might actually get me to stop.,... Scary!!!
