I'm with Shamrock0820. I'd clean it with some OxiClean first then spay that shit down with fabreeze every day for a few weeks. (If you don't have OxiClean, dilute a very small amout of laundry detergent in a bowl of warm water. Scrub your seat with a detergent soaked washcloth. Make sure you don't use a ton of laundry detergent in that bowl of water. A dab will do ya.) You want to try to clean it as much as possible before spraying it down with Fabreeze.
