Nope, that's a time released niacin. I got my stuff at CVS, in 100mg tablets.
I tried it again today, and it burned like a motherfucker for about a half hour, then cooled down a bit and became tolerable for the next hour or so. I was then able to take another 300-400 mg a few hours later and the burning was minimum, so you must build up a resistance to the negative effects.
