down here ive smoked with many kinds of smokers
but heres what we usualy say to describe our level of intoxication (we don't realy say "baked")

buzz - when you can barley feel it kicking in
high - when you can feel your eyes squinting
stoned - when it takes you 5 minutes to figure out "45+51-97=?"
blown - super high, your body feels all sorts of things and you start having these small twitches. (usualy only kush gets me high enough to say this)

we dont realy give nick names to joints and blunts cauz we are always smokin with somebody new, and we dont want to confuze them.

The only thing that has a name is my bong "Mr. Blue"
