well my expieriences with this thus far is this.....if its your first this is what happened to me.....i was arrested on school property becasue iw as smoking a j in the parking lot, searched my car found a little bit of bud(not even shake...just remnents in a baggie ya kno) then they found my juicy jay blueberry wraps(man went al the way to daytona for those lol) but they seached my car and found a box cutter(deadly weapon on school grounds) so the bud was a slap on the wrist casue it was less than an ounce. for the papers it was a slap....but i had to go to court over the box cutter cause it was considered a felony...the arresting officer went with me to court and testified in my defense because he know me and knew i worked at krogers at the time and the box cutter was from there. So because of the marijuana i had to do a divergence program which consisted of me having to collect 4 dollers worth of tin cans, write a paper on each account of arrest....and then i had to buy 40 dollers worth of school supplies and donate them to charity. no probation...but i did get probation in my school becasue it was on school property....so thats all that happened there. good luck to ya with that situation...
now if its your second time it could happen jsut like my second time lol. i was still 17 so i am leggally a minor but they are trying me as an adult...could happen to you...i got pulled over diong 30 in a 15 becasue we were smoking on a street in broad daylight(not my choice) we saw the cop and took off. the cop pulled us over. said he smelled pot on our liscenses we sat 15 mins another cop came and said same thing. waited another 45 mins a dog showed up...we were fed by then...dog hit on our car so they were allowed to search us. they found 2 of my glass pieces...a triple chambered bubbler(charlotte) and my water bong(beaowulf) they then searched me and found 2 gravity bong lids covered in resin, a nickel bag of killer bud and an ounce of shwag...thank god i had just smoked and the bag was 2 grams short. He also found a small scale on me with my fake I.D. With this one they wrote me up for.... possesion of marijuana, possession of paraphenalia, and intent to sell because ihad the scale. the arresting officer told me and my mom when she came and pickedme up from the county courthouse(got arrested handcuffed and put in the cruisor...SUCKS!) that i was looking at 1-5 years in jail and my mom called him out and blew up on him(my moms a court reporter) we still have not heard anything from the cops about the report yet but it was only 3 weeks ago so im not sure what can happen there. but i doubt anything more than probation so maybe same to you mate....good luck man
