The So Called "uncontrollable Laughter After Smoking Marijuana," Is Bullshit. The Fact That People Think That Is A Side Effect Is Why They Smoke It. When In Reality It Is Not. I Have Been Smoking It On And Off For The Past 30 Years And I Have Never Experienced Uncontrollable Laughter. In Fact, To The Contrary, I Get Awfully Sleepy And Controlled.
