well the niacin method work on my at home test that i did by myself next is the lab test but i now have to quit for awhile b/c my parent's for some reason talked to a drug consulor and he gave them 6 free lab tests
which is bs they are overreacting for my first offense against them cant wait to move out in a year
ps here is what i did:
smoked a week before, i am 6"1 and weigh 130, drank 2 liters of water a day, took 2 niacin (100 mg) at night, drank about 20fl oz of green tea a day, and worked out for 2 hrs a day
