But you see I'm already buff--I'm a big dude, I just want to tone town.
I've been doing this toning workout rutine for a week now--now on my 2nd week.
Theres a plan for the 1-3 weeks. Then the 3-4 weeks, and finally the 4-5th weeks.
So hopefully by the time school starts for me I will be more tone looking.
My stradegy is to tone down, and then once I'm more tone--I plan on lifting/doing strength training agian.
Becuase honestly---strength lifting is a lot more easier for me.
But ya--after I tone down I'll start to strength train agian.
but when it comes down to it--I'm mostly trying to make my arms look bigger/more ripped (biceps e.t.c.), and I'm trying to cut my belly fat down.
Will the testosterone booster help with muscle definition in doing toning exceriszes?
