Are you eating a lot with it or just a little? You only need a little bit of food when you take the pill. If you eat too much I don't think it works right... I've had it to where it doesn't burn, but it's usually when I eat a bunch... Other times I'll just eat like a hot dog, and wash it down with water and a niacin, and it works like crazy...
