The THC is likely not out of your system yet. Is it 1 week or 2 'til your test? This is a big gap of time, and can make the difference. I'd recommend taking the niacin for a week. NON Time Release - 500mg pills is what you'll need. 2 a day with a light meal, and PLEANTY of water. I mean, carry around a gallon jug and just keep re-fillin it. Do this for about a week, or until 2 days before your test. Which ever comes first. Then for your test, drink enough water that you're pissing a real translucent yellow (almost clear but not quite). Piss a few times before you go for your test, and when you give your sample, take it from the middle of the stream.

Normally I'd say you don't have much to worry about, but seeing as how you're kind of on the bigger side, that just means that there's more fat lipids in your body for the THC to bury itself in, and thus it takes longer for you to get clean.

Niacin CAN cause major liver damage though. This is why you should only use it when it's absolutely necessary. Your liver is really resiliant though, so if anything happens to it, it should be able to repair itself rather quickly. That's why I only recommend taking it for a week or less. This way you're not harrassing your liver for too long, ya know? LOL. Don't go Niacin crazy though. 2 pills a day should be all you need. I've used this method MANY times for jobs, and my liver's fine, and I've always passed.

EDIT: I'm not a doctor, nor do I claim to be. I recommend you do some research regarding niacin and the damage it may cause. Then make your own decision. If you choose not to use it, you can try passing your test with simple dilution (Just chugging a shitload of water before your test and giving them a clear sample). Or you can buy a detox drink at GNC... Or you can have a clean friend piss for you, and just put it in a condom - attach it to your inner thigh - and hurry the hell up to your test so it don't get cold. There's a lot of ways to pass a DT. Choose which one is best for you. The niacin works, but it does carry risks, so make sure you know what they are before you decide to use that particular method.
