(there gross but i wasnt arrested for anything drug related and want to keep my drug use AWAY from the court system at ALL costs)

I still have B-complex Mult-vitamins with like:
Vitamin B1 50mg
Vitamin B2 50mg
Vitamin B6 50mg
Folic Acid 400mg
Vitamin B12 50mg
Patothenic Acid 50mg... Should i take one of these everyday from now up through my court date, or just 3 days before then through my court date, or just one or two right before it?

Ide also like to know if theres a creatine level that you can go over? i know you cant go below so much so im going to eat alot of red meat three days before and for breakfast on my court date, but i was thinking about drinking a rockstar energy drink on the way there just to make sure but i dont want to go over a limit if there is one because im going to try and dilute the night before and morning of my court date.

Im 5 feet 3/4in and 130lbs and the last time i had my body fat percentage checked it was like 5% so im pretty sure i have a fast metabolism.

Including today i have 8 days and i really wanna know if theres anything more i can do to make sure im clean by then!
Hey im not sure of most the pills and junk but, 2-3(or more if you are not lazY ) days before the test go for a 30-50 minute jog each day (body burns the most fat when your HR is around 40-60% of your max), im pretty sure this will help lower THC by forcing your body to use up some of the stored fat.
