Why is it that so many people believe that the KJV is the only real/accurate version of the Good Book? Tony Alamo thinks that way, too. Are you familiar with this crackpot?
Have you compared the KJV to, say, the Aramaic texts, and the original Hebrew and Greek texts?

I've never heard of Tony Alamo...
The KJV is accepted as the only authorized version due to it's history, souce texts, and translation methods... This has LONG explaination possibility so I won't go into it. If you want more details, I'll gladly give them upon request.
I've compared the KJV to the Aramaic, Greek, and Hebrew (not in its entirety - as I'm only 21, and feel like actually having a life), and it stacks up quite nicely.
I have a Hebrew/Greek dictionary, and anything I've checked in the KJV matches the dictionary.
