As for wanting to test yourself... Look up a lab in your area. They can usually give you a pee test for about $20 or so (give or take). If it's out of your pee and you haven't been cheating, then it should be out of your blood too - as it has to go through your blood to get to your piss, lol.

The 100mg tabs over 1 hour aren't bad. You'll have to eat more of them to get the same effects as the 500mg pills though. The ones that say "flush free" are the ones you DON'T want. They are usually released over 8 hours and don't work.

As for the post above with the 500mg tabs... Just take the pill at once. The biting helps with the burn, but you're not getting the desired affect. Eating a whole pill throws your metabolism into overdrive. This rapidly burns off the THC.

Taking a cool bath or shower and drinking A LOT of water helps a lot with the burning. Eventually you do get used to it through and it won't bother you anymore.
