These people make millions off of these programs because they actually work. You can be in the best physical condition and you will still have a hard time with these workouts. That's the point of them: to keep the challenge high enough so that gains will continue.
I actually saw an increase in muscle mass last off-season from just using P90x alone, so, at least for me, these 2 programs work amazingly. |
As long as you're not relying solely on the program, to each his own.
