A few interesting things:
Niacin isn't really that effective
drinking water days before the test doesn't help... it's only useful if done 4 hours before the test
those are the two most prominant tips found on this thread. I'm not ready to blindly believe this article, but if the niacin and 3-gallon-a-day water methods aren't worth it, I'd like to know before I do something that makes my skin burn as I piss 50 times an hour. well, I'm interested in what y'alls take on this is
