To be honest, the best fitness I've found as a user is running. Get yourself a good pair of running shoes so you don't get shin splints or other running injuries along the way, create an awesome playlist to run to, then get out there. The beauty of running outside is that you can make your own path and go at whatever pace you want, perfect for the toking type of runner!
Also, utilize easy exercises like push ups and pull ups (you can find things like tree limbs or doorways to do them on) and find different variations to target all areas of the muscles you are using. Include lunges (while holding weight if possible) and squat variations for legs, then planks and side planks for core work to get a well rounded workout.
