I agree with everybody else, looks like too much water in there. You are safe to water then let the plant completely dry up. This is the easiest way to avoid overwatering. Once all the water in the soil is absorbed by the plant it will start drooping. You will be able to tell that the plant looks "thirsty", once you water after seeing this, give the plant about 15 minutes and you will notice it perk back up nicely. I overwatered my plants to start with too, switched to this method after I read about it and haven't had any problems since.
