ok.. i understant why they sue...
but that would mean Microsoft, Nintendo, sony would have to stop selling EVERY game system.... plus all 3rd parties who develop extra hardwaree...
its like trying to sue whoever came out witht the first PC because they stole your 'keyboard idea'
