At home I have a nice pair of curved hemostats that I use. They are AWSOME!!!
My "Ghetto Clip" is pretty simple - and every (hard pack) cigarette smoker carrys them, even if they dont know it.
Pull the plastic off your pack of smokes. Im right handed so we'll use that side. with the front facing you, peel the right side off the box apart till you have a flap, then tear the flap off.
Tear off the top triangular piece about a 1/2 inch down so that you have a rectangle. Now fold that in half and where the crease is, kind of bubble it out by pushing on it, untill its about as big as the joint/blunt. Now open it and put the roach just into it enough to hold it, and fold it back over.
