candles don't burn co2 they burn o2. In fact burning the candle will output more co2. Whenever you break somoething down by burning it.. two major products are co2 and h2o. youll be fine burning that candle.... no need for dry ice unless your looking to add more co2. Anyways another thing about your candle burning idea. Burning a candle buts oil globules into the air. Not an extremely clean process. They may bind to some dirt particles however the situation will only worsen. so read some of these forems on filters and so on and invest in one of those.
