it will work but 15 plants under i 400w hps isnt a good idea.....i would only put 5 or 6 under a 400hps........heres a link to a setup thats on ebay now http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=4356612986 ....thats not a bad price...you will have to buy your lights and a ph pen and ppm meter........heres a link to something i made http://forum.grasscity.com/showthrea...ighlight=hydro ......laters.
