They dont believe me they charged me twice? no problem, lets conference my bank, we'll prove that I was charged twice by your company. Dont want to giveme the refund? But you know what bothered me most about this whole situation. Wasnt the hour and 20 min I was on the phone, wasnt the run around I got, practically calling me a liar before the bank stepped in, it was the fact that I coul dbarely understand the customer service rep becuase of her accent. Ive had to call them numerous times and it didnt add up that every time I talked to someone with a strong Indian accent --barely understanding what she was saying, hoping that she knew what i was saying!!
Then after the lady HUNG UP on the conference between me and the bank, the nice bank guy informs me hes personally and with the bank has had numerous problems with the company, and in fact their customer service isnt even in America, its out of, guess? INDIA.

Actuly, both me and my mom use Tracfone, and I am actuly quite pleased. The only problem I have had is when I couldn't understand that damn Indian... But other then that, great coverage, good reception, no dropped calls, good price... ect.
