Technically yes but in a practical sense, no. Since the veg and flowering times are determined genetically rather than by photoperiod, you will lose one of the biggest tools in ScrOGing. You cannot control how much screen it will fill. However, the screen can be useful in evening the distribution the light to the canopy.
Here is a couple of pics from my ScrOG. I used only 1 inch screen but will use 2 inch next time. Day 29 of flowering.
