Yup, I'd just go with the pills. Oatmeal has (on average) about 20% of your Daily Value (DV) of Niacin... That means you'd have to eat 5 packs just to get what you're supposed to get for the day... 1 500mg Niacin pill has almost 3,000% of your DV of Niacin... So ya only have to eat 1 or 2 a day
