It seems as if you know how to pass a test... I just wanted to add a few comments though

Firstly, you don't need all those other pills. 1 bottle of 500mg Niacin will work just fine. You just have to make sure that they're not time-release (The ones you buy from Wal-Mart are a perfect example of this) or they won't work. GNC is a good source as their Niacin is NOT time-release.

Instructions on how to keep THC levels minimal:

1.) Stop smoking (duh).
2.) Drink pleanty of water (until you're peeing clear consistantly). This is to help with the Niacin discomfort, more than to keep your levels low.
3.) Eat one Niacin pill with breakfast, and the other with lunch. You will feel like you have a nasty sun-burn all over... this is normal, but don't worry, you'll eventually get used to it and it won't bother you as much. Drinking pleanty of water helps somewhat, but will not totally eliminate the discomfort.
4.) Don't eat any Niacins the day before the test, but keep drinking pleanty of water. Most places test Niacin levels to see if you're trying to flush. By going Niacin-free for a day, and by only taking 2 pills a day, you can tell them you eat them for energy, and your levels won't snitch you out.

I did this and have passed tests with very little time in between. I followed this while still smoking for about a week and passed a test having smoked just 12 hours before. I weigh 175lbs w/about 15% body fat (average build). The test wasn't all that sensitive, but if you were to stop smoking, anyone could pass a test in less than a week.

Edit: Also, Green Tea is very good for speeding up your metabolism, and it's also very good for you. Drink pleanty of it if possible.

*IMPORTANT*: Niacin can cause SEVERE liver damage and other health issues up to and including DEATH - Especially if you aren't deficient. Eat them at your OWN RISK. If you DO decide to use this method, DON'T over do the Niacin. Your body will thank you.
