New Jersey blades - Medical MJ news, Very important, please read!

This hits close to my home and I know there are others here that need to make their voice heard as well as I will. Thanks to Indy for posting the article that explains what is currently happening.
It doesnt take much to show your support in these battles. I hope that you would care enough about this to let your opinion be heard. There are prewritten letters, if you dont feel like writing on yourself. I feel that this is important for us to show that we support this issue and cause!! Please!! take a few minutes to send that support!! It IS important!!!

SUBJECT: New Jersey senator introduces medical marijuana

================================================== ====================

Freshman Senator Nicholas Scutari (D-Middlesex, Somerset, and Union)
took the initiative to introduce MPP's model medical marijuana bill,
and now he needs your help. Please visit http://mpp.org/NJ/action.html
to send a letter to your state senator asking him or her to cosponsor
this compassionate legislation. Our site will also enable you to send
a letter to your representative in the Assembly, asking that he or she
support Sen. Scutari's effort.

Further, if you are -- or know of -- a patient who uses marijuana for
medical purposes, please e-mail rgrim@mpp.org if you can help out with
the cause. MPP is also looking for supportive doctors, attorneys,
professors, law enforcement officials, and other public figures
willing to speak out or help in some other way.

Sen. Scutari, an attorney with a strong reputation among law
enforcement officers and officials, is the kind of champion who
demonstrates that medical marijuana is not a partisan issue, but one
of compassion. Please take a few moments to move this bill forward by
visiting http://mpp.org/NJ/action.html today.
