And to Crocii, what is meant by tobacco smokers as the Democrats' arch enemy? I am ignorant to some of these things.
Maybe I shouldn't say that tobacco smokers are the "arch enemy" of Democrats. Their arch enemy is Republicans -and elephantine causes, real or perceived.
But generally, they seem to think that only Republicans smoke tobacco, and we're fair game in the game of politics.
But both mainstream parties are basically 2 sides of the same twisted, tarnished coin. Fat, overbloated, con men, without scruples, ethics, or standards, who will say and do anything to get their party elected to power. Power is money. Money is power. A nesting of rich lawyers all claiming to know best what's best for us, the little people, "the American people." And although there might be a few good apples in the barrel, the vast majority are rotten through and through.
