I'm sure he already requested the tracking number from someone and he already tried going through the obvious support routes. As I understand it, there was no tracking number because our order was never sent from your HQ, at least thats what we were told.

I'm at a loss, regretfully I cannot provide you with a credit card # or any such solid proof because it's not technically my order, like I said. Through no fault of yours I'm struggling with communication problems between family members. To put it bluntly, I know about the order but daddy doesn't know I know. It's a personal roadblock I have to overcome in order to get to the bottom of this problem and as of yet I'm unprepared to do so. I can't even directly relay your instructions to him without blowing my cover so you can imagine what an obstacle this presents for me.

However, I do greatly appreciate the help and am grateful that my boorish escapades were treated with the utmost patience and proffesionalism, and by the owner of Grasscity no less. Now thats what I call superb customer service. Anyway, I'll make sure to somehow relay the message so somebody who can do something, does. I believe the problem started shortly after our credit card was charged. Grasscity told us to wait for some sort of confirmation e-mail but it didn't arrive right away and on the next day our internet was disconnected for days. It's possible that confirmation email we missed contained crucial information pertaining to our order but I can't imagine why our order wasn't written down and recorded somewhere immediatly after our card was charged, not just after we recieve and read a confirmation email. The way things happened and the way I understand it is neither we nor Grasscity had any record of our order, but the money was already gone anyway.

Maybe my dad has some ID number Grasscity issued him or something and he just hasn't made the effort to pursue a solution to the problem properly. I don't know how I'll do it but somehow I'll try and confer with him tonight, we'll combine what we know and one of us will get back to you either in this thread or through the support link you posted. I'm positive he's already exhausted all available support options long ago though....he's stated his case via grasscity support e-mail and the city didn't e-mailed him back on any occasion. We'll try again though, wish us luck.

Thanks again for your time and sorry for being a prick.
well at least it makes sense to me now, that is is somewhat complicated, all I need is the extact email used while making your order, that would help me agreat bit, your story realy doesn't make things easy ;-)
