Ummm.. that's not actually true. The real reason it was first made illegal was because law officers in the southwest in the early 20th century wanted to get all of the Mexican immigrants out of their states. It was kept illegal because they made such a huge propaganda campaign against it and the government didn't want to accept that it was wrong, not to mention they were able to make money off of the jailing of citizens (still do, and even more so today). There is still a racial overtone to the entire drug scene, even though white suburbanites are usually the ones using marijuana it's still thought of as a "mexican" or "black" drug.

Signature Limits
All signatures should not exceed the following size limits and you can't have both text and images within a signature. Animated signatures, avatars and profile pictures are not allowed.
For text in signatures: 4 lines normal size or 8 lines small size and up to 90 characters per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed.
For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size.
