it would definitely depend on the fine print. what exactly is your definition of "drug"? My dad sells pharmaceuticals and at one point was known as a "drug rep." Between the several companies he has worked for he has sold everything from heart medication to eye drops to sleeping medicine to something to keep people from going blind from macular degeneration. These are all known as drugs. However, if we were to get rid of all harmful drugs then I'd say yes even though I love mary jane with all my heart. But this brings up another issue of what exactly are harmful drugs? Thousands of people die every year from ODing on aspirin. Caffeine is addictive, but doesn't necessarily do harm. It's a hard call unless it's stated in a very specific way.
