I've never ordered from Grasscity before or know anyone who has, how is it's reputation as an online headshop anyway? Grasscity can afford to sell decent pieces for cheaper so that leads me to believe that the pieces are of lower quality, perhaps purposely made to look good here in pics but are much worse in real life.
What if my package was lost or broken? Will Grasscity or whichever company is delivering the package be liable and cover the cost? Thanks in advance and sorry for seeming so paranoid but we put our trust in Grasscity and spent a lot of money...My family isn't rich or even middle class comfortable and everyone's heard of scams like this before, though I've been lurking the forums for years and everything certainly seems legit far as I could tell.

first to make one thing clear, your order (if approved and processed ) WILL arrive and you nobody ever has been scamed or what so ever, this place wouldn't be so crowded if we would be scammers, as concerning glass , glass is handmade and always take longer to arrive that the other stuff from your order, however you will need to use the custumor support section or the support email to ask directly about the status of your package, we always need an order # to help you, if you mail us, we will always give you an status update within 48 hours (on business days and) and usualy a lot faster!
