I think this guy Walsh should smoke a j and then drive to see how it affects his driving, then he might be able to come to an logical and not totally biased conclusion.
How can you arrest someone that isn't even impaired, just becuase they might have had some mj a few days ago. You can't arrest someone that had alcohol a few days ago, so why this?
