It looks like in the one picture you have some Perlite mixed in with your dirt? if this is perlite that was bought at menards/lowes etc.etc.etc. that has Miracle slow release ferts in it, then there is your problem. I used it to aerate my soil and it burned the Hell out of my plants the whole grow...the more you water to flush the sob's the more that shit burns them. I repotted several and it fixed them, but the ones I did'nt still survived just burned badly. I wouldn't fertilize them if this is the case.
