I have decided to pick up a new bong, but am deciding on the bong to buy

I have mainly narrowed it down to 2 bongs
either a phx, or an american RooR with percs

At a local shop dementia(owns american roor), they sell an 18" RooR with 3 percs, and ice notches for $279(cheapest roor they sell with percs)

at a shop domain about 2 mins down the road from dementia, they had a same height phx, 2 percs, ice notches, and downstem diffuser for $250
they also had other phx bongs for more expensive, but i didn't really take note of the specs or prices on them

well, which would you go with, or a completely different bong?
