In the next thirty years if people are too complacent the
scenerios you describe will become all too easy to implement.
The last 60 years of repressive legislation (a little here and
a little there) has built the platform we are standing on today,
to bad the Civil War Underground Railroad thoughts ended
with the Civil War.
