I tip whenever I can, usually a few bucks. Usually once every 2-3 visits. This is only when I go to "indie" shops usually. The upscale ones are already doing well enough.
My usual dispensary is a small-scale local place. It's manned by volunteers, and they deserve a couple bucks for their time (Even though they get free meds). Everyone is really cool there, and they know me and often give me free edibles or a joint.
