I was just about to make a thread asking the same question..
My seedlings are about 4 days old and their stems are red as well.

Is that a joke or what? I googled this earlier and every forum I went on people were saying exactly the opposite. From what I gathered red stems can mean magnesium or phosphorus deficiency.
Mine are from bagseeds so I don't know the strain. Do some strains have red stems starting at a really young age like this?
