ASA : Becoming a Patient in California B. Consumption of Medical Marijuana
Under Cal. H & S 11362.79, qualified patients are not permitted to smoke medical marijuana under any of the following circumstances:
- In any place where smoking is prohibited by law;
- In or within 1,000 feet of the grounds of a school, recreation center, or youth center, unless the medical use occurs within a residence;
- On a school bus;
- While in a motor vehicle that is being operated; and
- While operating a boat.
So no toking on the front porch and with kids in the house, I'd advise that any plants you grow be under lock and key! CPS is "iffy", some workers will ignore cannabis use, while others are still in the 1950s!
I would suggest a vaporizer- they smell way less that actually burning cannabis. Vapor Brothers are good- not too expensive, small, durable and quiet. Don't get a "look-alike" they are usually inferior quality!
